3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

3.2 Cancellation Effective Date

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Basic & Pro Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Enterprise Plans: Requires 30-day notice period
  • Free Plans: Takes effect immediately

3.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your data will be retained for 30 days for potential reactivation
  • Chat history and analytics data will be available for download
  • After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligible Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Days 1-7: Full refund available for any reason
Days 8-30: Refund available for service outages or technical issues
After 30 days: No refunds available except for billing errors

4.2 Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within eligible timeframe
  • Original payment method available for credit
  • Account in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
  • Service usage within reasonable limits

4.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage fees for consumed API calls beyond plan limits

5. Refund Process
