3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

3.2 Cancellation Effective Date
When you cancel your subscription:
- Basic & Pro Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Enterprise Plans: Requires 30-day notice period
- Free Plans: Takes effect immediately
3.3 Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation:
- Your data will be retained for 30 days for potential reactivation
- Chat history and analytics data will be available for download
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligible Refunds
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Days 1-7: Full refund available for any reason
Days 8-30: Refund available for service outages or technical issues
After 30 days: No refunds available except for billing errors
4.2 Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Request submitted within eligible timeframe
- Original payment method available for credit
- Account in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
- Service usage within reasonable limits
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Billing errors are corrected immediately with full refund regardless of time period.
6.3 Account Suspension
